Phonebook in VIP-101T is the phone number database for connection toward other H.323
terminal/gateway. This command is provided for Peer-to-Peer Mode use only. While machine
is running in GK mode, dial-string depends on the registration information provided by ITSP
or assigned from GK administrator.
