Trout stuffed with mushrooms
Preparation time: 40–50 minutes

Ingredients
4 trout, oven-ready (250 g each)
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
½ onion
1 clove of garlic
200 g fresh mushrooms, sliced
25 g parsley
50 g butter
Accessories
Gourmet oven dish, large/Universal tray
Method
Rinse the trout, pat dry, drizzle with
lemon juice inside and out and season
with salt and pepper.
Finely dice the onion and the garlic,
chop the mushrooms and parsley, mix
well and season with salt and pepper.
Fill the trout with the mixture and place
them next to each other in the large
gourmet oven dish or in the universal
tray. Dot with butter and bake.
