suppress machine vibration.

The characteristics of the filter generated so far are
held, and detection of machine resonance is stopped.
Adaptive vibration suppression control sensitivity
selection
Used to select the sensitivity of machine resonance
detection.
0: Normal
1: Large sensitivity

PI-PID control switch over selection
0: PI control is always valid.
1: Droop-based switching is valid in position
control mode (refer to DRU parameter No. 34).
