1.2.3 Remote control

Get well acquainted with your remote control and you will find it much easier to navigate through the various
menu options and to take advantage of the special functions that can only be selected by remote control.
The buttons have very easy, user-friendly functions. The receiver also has a Help menu (see section 3.4.6)
that provides a brief, practical user guide for the remote control.
CAUTION!!!
Make sure that the remote control batteries are inserted in the right direction. Check their polarity on the back of the
battery cover.
Use 2 x AAA, UM-4, Micro or R03 batteries.
Remote control buttons
1.
ON/ST.BY: Receiver on (ON) or off (Stand-by)

TV/RAD: Swap between TV / radio receiver modes
3.
TV: Swap between receiver and TV programme viewing
4.
MUTE: Audio mute button
5.
0-9 number buttons: Channel select, function access and menu parameter
settings
6.
TEXT: Teletext button (if transmitted)
7.
INFO: Information on receiver and current channel
8.
EPG: Electronic Programme Guide
9.
MENU: Main receiver menu
10. EXIT: Quits menu
11. AUDIO: List available audio languages
12. ALT: Swap viewing of current and previous channel
13. SUB: DVB subtitles (if transmitted)
14. CURSOR BUTTONS: Functions vary depending on the mode:
a.
In viewing mode
i. VOL +/- : volume up/down
ii. CHANNEL ▼/▲: next/previous channel
iii. OK: Show channel banner
b.
In menu mode
i. ◄, ►, ▼, ▲: Navigate menu items
ii. OK: Confirm selection
15. PAGE +/-: Has two functions:

In viewing mode: Skip from one channel group to another or from one satellite
to another (if more than one is set)

In list mode: Skip scroll a list
16. BROWSE: View channel list
17. FREEZE: Freeze image
18. COLOUR BUTTONS:
