Network Connectivity Display

The Network Connectivity display can only be viewed with the cover removed. It is used as a
visual indication of 7847i/7847i-E network activity.

The Network Connectivity Display consists of three LEDs. They function as follows:

YELLOW
ST
1 GREEN
ND
2 GREEN
NOTE: When "Enable Pwr Save" is enabled, LED status is displayed once every 15 seconds.
LED LABEL DESCRIPTION
NETWORK BLINKING – Network collision detected.
COLLISION
OFF – Normal.
LINK SPEED ON – 100 MB/S link to Internet.
OFF – 10 MB/S link to Internet.
ETHERNET ON – Ethernet link detected.
LINK /
OFF – No Ethernet link detected.
ACTIVITY
FAST BLINK – Transmitting/Receiving data.
