Polycom SpectraLink 8400 Series Wireless Handset
To perform a blind transfer:
While in an active call, or with the call on hold:
1 Press the Features soft key and select Blind Transfer.
You will hear a dial tone and the Dialer will open.
2 Dial the number of the target party. If the Autocomplete feature matches the number you are
dialing to a stored number, select the matching number and press Start or OK to place the call.
For more information about the Autocomplete feature, see Using the Dialer.
Once you dial a call, the transfer is complete and you are returned to the Home screen whether or
not the other party answers the call. If there are other active sessions, you will be returned to the
Session Manager.
