CLUTCH
5. Install:
S friction plates
S clutch plates
NOTE:
S First, install a friction plate and then alternate
between a clutch plate and a friction plate.
S Align the two slots a in the friction plates with
the two punch marks b in the clutch housing.
6. Lubricate:
S long clutch push rod 1
S ball 2
S short clutch push rod 3
(with the recommended lubricant)
Recommended lubricant
Lithium soap base grease
7. Install:
S long clutch push rod 1
S ball 2
S short clutch push rod 3
(along with a new O-ring 4 )
8. Install:
S pressure plate 1
NOTE:
Align the punch mark a in the clutch boss with
the punch mark b in the pressure plate.
