The PTZ interface is shown as in Figure 5-63.
Before the setup, please check that the following connections are right:

PTZ and decoder connections are correct. Decoder address setup is correctly.

Decoder A (B) line connects with DVR A (B) line.
Click the Save button after you complete the setup. You can go back to the monitor interface to control
the speed dome.

D1/CIF/QCIF etc.

Select the speed dome connected channel.
You can select control mode from the dropdown list. There are two
options: Serial and HDCVI. For the HDCVI series products, please
select HDCVI. The control signal is sent to the PTZ via the coaxial
cable. For the serial mode, the control signal is sent to the PTZ via the
RS485 port.
Please select protocol as DH-SD1 if you are using HDCVI mode.
Set the corresponding dome address. The default value is 1. Please
note your setup here should comply with your dome address.
Otherwise, you cannot control the speed dome.
Select the dome baud rate. Default setup is 9600.
Default setup is 8. Please set according to the speed dome dial switch
setup.
