SMUs May Be Connected
In Series or Parallel
To Double the Output Voltage
from 100 V to 200 V for HRSMU and MPSMU
from 200 V to 400 V for HPSMU
To Double the Output Current
from 100 mA to 200 mA for HRSMU and MPSMU
from 1 A to 2 A for HPSMU
Use the VAR1' mode to synchronize two SMUs
You can double the voltage or current output by combining SMUs.
The VAR1' mode allows a second SMU to be swept in tandem with the first.
