OSD TALLY MODE

When setting IMD MenuTALLY SOURCE item is set to be Standard,
and IMD PROTOCAL is set to be Local, the TALLY lights are triggered
by the GPI interface. Set GPI1 as TALLY GREEN and GPI2 as TALLY
RED in GPI menu, the status of OSD TALLY and LED TALLY when the
Tally connector gets the high/low level are listed as shown in Table
5.1-16:
