Total clear

• The following counter are cleared (initialization).
PM counter
Scan counter
NOTES
• After the "TOTAL CLEAR" function is performed, turn the machine off, then on again.
• The clearance of "TOTAL COUNTER" can not be performed.

• To clear the TOTAL COUNTER value.

• To clear the PM COUNTER value.

I/C counter (clear)

• To clear the I/C COUNTER value.

Application counter (clear)

• To clear the APPLICATION COUNTER value.

Scan counter (clear)

• To clear the SCAN COUNTER value.
