Note: It is not applicable to CP860 IP phones. It works only if there is no registered account
on the IP phone and the value of the parameter "phone_setting.logon_wizard" is set to 1
(Enabled).

Description:
Enables or disables the IP phone to provide input field of outbound server on the logon
wizard during the first startup.
0-Disabled
1-Enabled
