Installing the network daughter card

Prerequisites
1 Follow the safety guidelines listed in the Safety instructions section.
2 Follow the procedure listed in the Before working inside your system section.
3 If applicable, remove the expansion card riser 1.
4 Keep the Phillips #1 screwdriver ready.

Steps
1 Orient the network daughter card (NDC) so that the Ethernet connectors fit through the slot in the back panel.
2 Align the captive screws on the card with the captive screw sockets on the system board.
