CB40E glass panel installation
1. Turn off unit and allow to cool to room temperature. Remove the outer safety
glass and inner ceramic irebox glass panels and any media installed — see
manual for instructions.
2. Identify panels and order of installation.

3. Install back inner base panels (1) - seat both small panels in locations

4 Slide the supplied brackets behind the small panels and the back wall in the
orientation shown below.

5. Install lower metal base panel (2) - Repeat step to install lower glass panel
(3) over lower base panel.

6. Carefully manoeuvre the back glass panel (4) to the back wall of the irebox.
Center the glass panel and position bottom of panel into brackets installed
in previous step. Place the brackets on the top edge of the glass and secure
to the unit with one screw on each side once back glass panel is in position.
7. Reinstall inner ceramic irebox glass panels.
8. Install lower front base panel—as shown below (5).

9. Install back side panels (6,7) — these are held in position with magnets.

10. Install outer safety barrier glass (3 pieces). See manual for instructions.
11. Reverse Step 1 to reassemble unit.
12. Reverse steps to remove panels.
