[Principle of color irregularity correction]
The color irregularity occurs when optical output against video signal input does not meet the expected value due
to the above mentioned factors 1 to 4. For its correction, therefore, it works to apply the correction voltage on a
line preceding the LCD panel so that the optical output against the signal input can meet the expected value.

[Preparation and stocking of correction data]
To make color irregularity correction with the projector, it is necessary to keep stocking the correction data in
advance.
The following 3 methods are available to stock the color irregularity correction data in the projector.
1. To use the color irregularity correction data making system (Factory setting).
2. To use the color irregularity correction data making tool (Application program for Windows).
3. To use the color irregularity NOKO correction available in the process menu.
The above 1~3 will be described below.
1. Color irregularity correction data making system (Factory setting)
The system measures the luminance for R, G and B individually on the screen displayed by the projector and
calculates the correction to make the correction data. The data thus prepared are stocked in the projector.
