If you have access to the Management Tool:
Read the Event Log of the Management Tool and take
appropriate action.
Restart your Access Point.
If you do not have access to the Management Tool:
Perform a Hardware Reset. Press the button labeled
"RESET" on the bottom panel of the unit.
If this does not solve your problem, perform a Revert to Last
Known Good Configuration.
Corrupt Software
No communication
Perform a Reload of the Access Point Software.
If this doesn't solve your problem, contact ORiNOCO
Technical Support at 1-866-674-6626 (prompt 2). Have your
serial number handy. The serial number should be on the
identification label located on the bottom panel of the unit,
labeled "Sn", and conform to the following format:
yyAAxxxxxxxx
. Technical Support will be unable to
respond to your inquiry without this information.
