For Netscape users
a. Open Netscape.
b. When open, click the Stop icon (or press the ESC key) and ignore any
error messages that appear (click OK).
c. In the Edit menu, select Preferences.
d. In the Category drop-down menu, select Advanced - Proxies.
e. Select "Direct connection to the Internet" if it isn't already checked.
f. Click OK.
