For Internet Explorer users
a. Open Internet Explorer.
b. When open, click the Stop icon (or press the ESC key) and ignore any
error messages that appear (click OK).
c. In the Tools menu, select Internet Options.
d. On the Connections tab, click the LAN Settings button.
e. Remove the check mark for "Use a proxy server" if it is checked.
