6. LEAD EDGE ERASE MARGIN ADJUSTMENT

ADJUSTMENT STANDARD: M = 3.5 ± 2.5 mm
This adjustment should be done after lead edge
registration adjustment.
1. Place a 150 mm scale [A] on the exposure
glass [B], aligning it with the left scale [C].
2. Make 3 copies.
3. Turn off the main switch.
4. Remove the DIP switch cover [D] on the
left side of the operation panel (1 screw)
and turn on DIP SW 201-8.
5. Turn on the main switch.
6. Press "4", "1", and "#" in that order.
The present lead edge erase margin factor
will start to blink in the Magnification indica-
tor.
