2. REGISTRATION CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT

ADJUSTMENT STANDARD: 0.2 mm (0.008")
1. Remove the rear cover (3 screws).
2. Take the adjusting collar [A] off the relay
roller shaft [B] (1 Allen screw).

Loosen the screw in the lock collar [C] on
the clutch to be adjusted (1 Allen screw).
4. Place the adjusting collar next to the lock
collar on the clutch shaft.
5.
Position a 0.2 mm gap gauge [D] (part no.
54469140) between the two collars.
6.
Push the collars and the gap gauge back
until the clutch presses against the rear
plate.
7. Remove the gap gauge and move the lock
collar against the adjusting collar. Tighten
the Allen screw in the lock collar.
