SPECIALIZED TRANSPORTATION (Only in Quebec, Canada)
A person may travel in a vehicle specially equipped for the transportation of persons with
disabilities while remaining seated in their wheelchair, provided that the said vehicle and the
wheelchair of the said person are equipped with restraining systems and tie-down devices
that are in line with the applicable rules and regulations.
Physipro inc. shall not be held responsible for the misuse of the tie-down devices and
restraining systems or for any tie-down device and restraining system that do not comply with
applicable rules and regulations. The same restrictions apply for any modification made to the
wheelchair or tie-down devices without prior consent of Physipro inc.
