14.17 How to enter information into batch header fields

You can enter information into the header fields when you first open (create) a new batch or clone
a batch and when editing batch tags.
There are two methods of entering information into the header fields of a batch;
use the keypad on the Covermeter, or
use a computer and then transfer the information to the Covermeter using CoverMaster
software - see "CoverMaster software" on page 53.
Which method you use depends upon your circumstances. Typically, on a large measuring project,
the best method is to design batches on your computer and then transfer the information to the
Covermeter. The keypad can be used on site for minor changes and the addition of notes, etc.
during cloning or editing of a batch.
