Detailed overview of messages in SYSTEM STATUS

The list in the SYSTEM STATUS window has the following columns:
• Severity
The severity indicates one of the two levels "Warning" or "Error" by displaying the respective
symbol.
• Error number
The error number specifies the unique message number.
• Description and Message
The description and message columns give detailed information in text form about the cause of
the malfunction.
• Date/time
The date/time column specifies the time of occurrence.
Touch the DATE/TIME button to sort the entries according to the time of their occurrence.
Display of the system status
When the symbol for the general status
is touched, the SYSTEM STATUS window
(Fig. 113), which contains the detailed list,
is called up.
This list contains all of the messages that
have been received and are not yet cor-
rected.
If there is at least one entry in this list, the
general status is WARNING or ERROR and
the corresponding symbol is displayed.
The symbol displayed in the system status
always reflects the most serious error in
the list.
