2. Configuring the System Using the Admin UI

If Write Protection is enabled, you will not be able to upload a new image file.

When Write Protection is enabled, all configuration changes and new logs are kept in a
cache. They are automatically saved and moved to the hard drive at 2:00AM, or upon
restarting the VidyoRoom system. Therefore, if your VidyoRoom system loses power before
2:00AM, all changes and logs that have not been saved will be lost. For more information
about restarting the VidyoRoom system, see
Additionally, when Write Protection is enabled, the log files are named as follows:
VidyoRoom.0 – VidyoRoom.9. When the log file size reaches 250 MB or upon restarting the
VidyoRoom system, a new log file is created.

Upload a new Installer file if necessary:
a.
Click the blue triangle next to the words

Click Choose File and choose the Installer file that you want to upload.

Click Upload Installer.

Upload a new Certificate file if necessary:
