Close batch

You must close the terminal batch at the end of each day in order to ensure that the full deposit of your
transactions is made. The Close Batch function enables you to print the current batch transactions report.
To close a batch :

Press the

Select Retailer.
•
Select Administration.
•
Select Close batch.
•
Press the green key

Error when closing a batch

•
When closing a batch, if you notice that an error occurred in your account or in a customer's account after a
transaction, you must not refund the customer yourself. Instead, you must call Business Customer Service
and refer the customer to their financial institution in order to correct the situation.
