4.2.4. ADVANCED WI-FI SETTINGS

To configure advanced Wi-Fi settings:
1) On the Wi-Fi screen, tap the settings button
2) Select Advanced in the pop-up menu. Available settings are as below:

Description
Notifies when an open network is available.
Sets when to turn Wi-Fi on during sleep.
Allows location discovering applications to search for the device even
when Wi-Fi is off.
Installs certificates recently downloaded or placed on the internal
storage.
Minimizes battery usage when Wi-Fi is on.
Displays the MAC address of the device when connecting to Wi-Fi-
networks.
Displays the IPv6 address of the device.
Displays the IPv4 address of the device.
