RX_IQ_LOOPBACK (81) tests that the RXI lines & VREFCM line between RAP & HINKU are connected.
Tested signals: VBAT_ASIC, RXQP, RXQN, RXIP, RXIN, VREFCM, TXIP, TXIN, RFBUS
