iv Name the file so that you can easily identify it, and click Open.
The name of the file and its location are shown.
v To create the file, click "Start" .
vi When the request file for Certificate Restore has been created, send it to Nokia as an e-mail attachment.
3. Restore Certificate.
For this procedure, you must supply +12 V to CU-4 Control Unit from an external power supply.
i Save the reply file sent by Nokia to your computer.
ii Start Phoenix service software.
iii From the File menu, choose Scan Product.
