Solutions
Replace the paper.
Replace the paper with a recommended size and type. For
details, refer to Supported Paper

Verify that the toner cartridges meet specifications and
replace if necessary. For details, refer to
page 182.
• Remove any paper or debris from the paper path.
• Ensure that the trays are pushed in all the way.
• Ensure that the rear cover is closed and locked.
Power on the printer and leave it on for at least one hour
to get rid of the condensation. For assistance, go to the

Clean the LED lenses. For details, refer to
