1. Remove the following items from their packaging:

(1) battery charger
(2) metal retainer rods
(1) rubber bracket
(2) 1/4"-20 wing nuts
(2) 1/4"-20 washers
(2) 1/4"-20 lockwashers
(1) power cord (packaged with the battery charger)
(1) power cord (heavy-duty)
