Note: CM/CB-140GE ,CM/CB-140GE-RA and CM-140GE-UV can be connected with
100BASE-TX. However, due to the limited bandwidth (100Mbps), the described
specifications such as frame rate, minimum trigger interval and so on cannot be
satisfied for 100BASE-TX connection.
