b) If your PC is not connected to the PC port on your phone using an Ethernet cable, do the
following:
Uncheck the Auto checkbox.

Enter the IP address of the phone that you want to pair in the Phone IP field.

Click Pair.

If BToE Pairing Mode is Manual, your phone will generate a pairing code. Your
phone will be successfully paired after entering the pairing code in the Pair
code field on your PC.
If BToE Pairing Mode is Auto, your phone will pair with Skype for Business
