To forward an incoming call to voice mail directly:
When the phone is ringing, tap

The incoming call will be forwarded to your voice mail directly.
Forward International
Forward international allows you to forward an incoming call to an international phone number.
This feature is enabled by default.
To disable forward international via phone user interface:
Tap ->Advanced (default password: admin) ->FWD International.

Select Disabled from the pull-down list of FWD International.

Forward international is configurable via web user interface at the path Features->General
