26.0.01 Fault with address of the faulty device
- The first digit gives the error code (26).
The second digit indicates the segment address of the faulty device (.01).
(for the segments 10-14, the letters A, b, C, d, and E are used)
The third digit indicates the device address of the faulty device (.01).
