Do not load more than 10

envelopes into the bypass

Before loading envelopes,

press them down to make

sure that all air is removed,

and make sure that the folds

of the flaps are firmly

pressed, otherwise the

envelopes may become

wrinkled or a paper misfeed

When loading envelopes,

load them with the flap side

up, as shown in the

illustration. If the envelopes

are loaded with the flap side

down, a paper misfeed may

occur. The flap side of

envelopes cannot be printed
