Automatic central lubrication of the bearing

(Rollant 254/255 - Option)

Overview

A grease pump (A) is fitted to the left side of the
machine; it is used to provide central lubrication of the
bearing. The grease pump (A) is activated each time
the tailgate is closed.
The bearings are greased at regular intervals via
plastic feed lines and grease blocks. The flow rate of
the grease pumps can be adjusted by hand.

Adjusting the flow rate

Possible flow rate:
• minimum flow rate = 0 cc / ram stroke
• maximum flow rate = 1.4 cc / ram stroke
Increasing the flow rate
– Open the left-hand side flap.
– Turn the knurl (B) to the right in order to increase
the flow rate of grease when the tailgate is closed.
– Close the left-hand side flap.

Reducing the flow rate
– Open the left-hand side flap.
– Turn the knurl (B) to the left in order to reduce the
flow rate of grease when the tailgate is closed.
– Close the left-hand side flap.
