Engaging the drive for net wrapping

ROLLANT 240/250/254/255 with standard operation:
Move the double gear (Z) on the left side of the
machine inwards and secure it by means of the spring
clip (S).
On machines with twine and net wrapping facilities
the twine wrapping drive must be disengaged.

Disengaging the twine wrapping drive

ROLLANT 240/250/254/255 with standard operation:
Pull the spring clip (F) out of the V-belt pulley (C) on
the right side of the machine and insert it into the hole
of the drive shaft (W). This allows the V-belt pulley to
idle on the shaft.

V-belt drive for net wrapping

ROLLANT 240/250/254/255 with standard controls:
For net wrapping place the V-belt (K) on the inner,
smaller V-belt pulley, behind the larger V-belt pulley
(A).
Note!
The V-belt brake (D) must be tensed during "net
wrapping" operation.
