Solution
The torque deviates from the torque/speed envelope
curve.
1.
Check the connection between the motor and load.
2.
Adjust the settings according to the load.
The alarm disappears after DC braking.
The alarm disappears after optimization of the speed
controller.
1.
Acknowledge pending faults.
2.
Create enable signals which are missing.
The alarm disappears after motor data identification.
Check the internal fan and replace it, if necessary.
1.
Check the device supply voltage (p0210).
2.
Check the dimensions of the line reactor.
Check that the sensor is correctly connected.
Solution
Replace the CU.
Switch the CU off and on again.
1.
Update the firmware
2.
Contact Technical Support.
3.
Replace the CU.
1.
Switch the module off and on again.
2.
After this fault has been output, the module is booted
with the factory settings.
3.
Recommission the drive.
Set the value of the reference parameter not equal to
0.0 (p0304, p0305, p0310, p0596, p2000, p2001,
p2002, p2003, r2004).
Select the value of the reference parameter so that
the parameters involved can be calculated in the
representation (p0304, p0305, p0310, p0596, p2000,
p2001, p2002, p2003, r2004).
1.
Save the parameters (p0971).
2.
Switch the CU off and on again.
Replace the memory card of the CU.
Reduce the number of data records.
Reduce the frequency of the pulses at the measuring
input.
Contact Technical Support.
Replace the CU.
An attempt has been made to establish a conversion
factor for scaling which is not present.
Apply scaling or check the transfer value.
