Solution
1.
Establish the bus connection and switch on the
communication partners.
2.
Possibly adapt p2040.
3.
Set the PROFIBUS master to RUN.
The cyclic connection to the PROFIBUS master is
interrupted.
Establish the PROFIBUS connection and activate the
PROFIBUS master with cyclic operation.
Check that the sensor is correctly connected.
1.
Check that the ambient temperature is within the
defined limit values.
2.
Check that the load conditions and duty cycle are
appropriately dimensioned.
3.
Check whether there has been a cooling system
failure.
1.
Reduce the motor load.
2.
Check the ambient temperature and the motor
ventilation.
3.
Check the thermal time constant p0611.
4.
Check the overtemperature fault threshold p0605.
1.
Check that the sensor is correctly connected.
2.
Check the parameter assignment (p0601).
Automatic restart is active. During voltage recovery or
when remedying the causes of pending faults, the drive is
automatically switched back on.
1.
Block the automatic restart (p1210 = 0).
2.
Abort the restart process by removing the switch-on
command (p8040).
If intervention by the controller is not desirable:
1.
Increase the ramp-down times.
2.
Deactivate the VDC_max controller (p1240 = 0 for
vector control, p1280 = 0 for V/f control).
The alarm is automatically canceled after one of the
following measures:
1.
Increase the current limit (p0640).
2.
Reduce the load.
3.
Reduce the up ramps for the setpoint speed.
1.
Reduce the continuous load.
2.
Adapt the duty cycle.
3.
Check the assignment of rated currents of motor and
power unit.
Parameters p2112, p2116 and p2117 determine the signal
sources for the external alarm 1... 3.
The variable speed drive receives an alarm from an
external source. Rectify the cause of this alarm.
1.
Increase p2163 or p2166.
2.
Increase the torque, current and power limits.
1.
Check the motor load.
2.
Check the ambient temperature and the motor
ventilation.
3.
Check the KTY84 / Pt 1000 sensor.
4.
Check the overtemperatures of the thermal model
(p0626 ... p0628).
