The output printer is a multifunction color printer with finishing options, yet in
PrintGuide finishing options are not visible.
Solution:
Unless the desired options (finishing options, color options, matrix options....) are
defined in the default or loaded printer definition those options will not appear as
options in PrintGuide.
So ensure to load and appropriate printer definition file in PrintGuide. Best is to use
one created for the actual printer if exists.
15.5 DCA Output language keeps returning to
Matrix
Problem:
If the Generic Matrix printer definition has been loaded the DCA Output language
will remain set to Matrix despite changes in PrintGuide.
Solution:
Reset the LinkCom 5 PrintServer to factory defaults. This will clear the conflicting
settings and allow for DCA and ICDS to use PostScript as output language.
