CODED SIGNALS
A 2 seconds
beep every
5 minutes interval.
Continuously beeps.
INFORMATION CENTER MESSAGES
OBSERVATION
The information
center display
abbreviated
messages that I don't
understand.
No numbers are
displayed in the usual
display and only
P-XXXX numbers
appear in the
message area.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Low fuel level.
• Fuel tank level sensor or
circuit malfunction.
High engine temperature
coolant.
High exhaust temperature.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Some messages are useful
navigational information and
others may be system fault
information.
ECM has been mistakenly set
to onboard diagnostic mode.
