to create exciting salads. You can add other flavors such as crushed or
roasted garlic, chopped shallots, fresh or dried herbs, sun-dried tomatoes,

Makes about 1 cup
1. Put all of the ingredients into the Small Work
Bowl fitted with the Small Chopping Blade.
Process on Low until combined, about 1 minute.
2. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight
container in the refrigerator.
