■ RX speaker function

The IC-M604A has an RX speaker function. When this
function is turned ON, the received audio can be heard on
the deck or tower through a hailer speaker.
Connect a hailer speaker as described on page 50.
q Push [O], then hold down [7•
the RX Speaker mode.
• "RX " is displayed.

then hold down
w Rotate [SELECTOR] to adjust the audio output level, then
push [ENT].
e To return to normal operating mode, repeat step q.
While in the RX speaker mode, rotate [SELECTOR]
while holding down [7•
the audio output level. After adjusting, then push [ENT].
