HDD Low Level Format
This option will format, set the interleave mode and do a media analysis
of your hard drives. Highlight this option and press <Enter>. A screen
similar to the one below will appear.

Warning:
Do not attempt to do a low-level format on an IDE drive, or you may
cause serious damage to the drive. IDE disk drives are already low-
level formatted, with any bad-track errors entered, when shipped by the
drive manufacturer.
Save & Exit Setup
When all the changes have been made, highlight " Save & Exit Setup"
and press <Enter>. The message below will appear:
Save to CMOS and Exit (Y/N)? N
Type " Y" and press <Enter>. The following message will appear:
Reboot System (Y/N)? N
