Repairs
In the event of any faults which you
cannot remedy yourself, or if the
washer-extractor and tumble dryer
stack is under guarantee, please
contact:
– your Miele dealer, or
– the Miele Service Department (see
back cover for contact details).
When contacting your Dealer or the
Service Department, please quote the
model number and serial number of
both the washer-extractor and tumble
dryer in the stack.
This information is given on the data
plate which is visible above each door
aperture with the door open. It is also
quoted on the identification label at the
rear of the tumble dryer.
N.B. A call-out charge will be applied
for service visits where the problem
could have been resolved by following
instructions given in this manual.

Optical interface PC
The indicator or check light marked PC
on the fascia panel is the interface used
by Miele service technicians during
servicing work for testing purposes and
for updating the appliance's
programme data.
Optional accessories
Optional accessories for this
washer-extractor and tumble dryer
stack are available from your Miele
Dealer or from the Miele Spare Parts
Department.
