    Before Making Copies Loading paper into tray 1/2/3/4 Trays 1 and 2 are the main body trays, while trays 3 and 4 are the Paper feed cabinet PC-206 trays. The paper loading method is the same for trays 1, 2, 3, and 4. The following describes the paper loading procedure for tray 1.

After printing on envelopes, make sure to return the envelope levers to the original position. Before loading envelopes, press them down to make sure that all air is removed, and make sure that the folds of the flaps are firmly pressed, otherwise the envelopes may become wrinkled or a paper misfeed may occur.
