5. Click Export to open file download window, and then save the file to your local
system.
You can also export the system log to the syslog server or provisioning server. Contact
your system administrator for more information.
Note
It is recommended to reset the syslog level to 3 after exporting the system syslog.
How to upgrade firmware?
To upgrade firmware via web user interface:
1. Click on Settings->Upgrade.
2. Click Browse to locate the required firmware from your local system.
3. Click Upgrade to upgrade the firmware.
The browser pops up the dialog box "Firmware of the SIP Phone will be updated. It
will take 5 minutes to complete. Please don't power off!".
4. Click OK to confirm upgrading.
