Using Voicemail
Setting Up Individual Voicemail
Establishing a Security PIN
1. Press *123 to access your mailbox
(default PIN is "1234")
2. Press 0 for "Mailbox Options"
3. Press 5 for Security PIN
4. Enter a four digit password
5. Press 2 if correct OR 4 if incorrect
Recording Your Name
1. Access your mailbox
2. Press 0 for "Mailbox Options"
3. Press 3, state your name after the
tone then press the # key
4. Hang up
Recording a Personal Greeting
1. Access your mailbox
2. Press 0 for "Mailbox Options"
3. Press 1, record your greeting after
the tone then press the # key
4. Hang up

Check voicemail from phone's extension

Check voicemail of any extension from
any phone
TRAN *125 + [extension] TRAN
Transfer a call to a specific voicemail
Speakerphone Paging

From Your Phone
Press the Message Key (or dial *123)
then follow the voice prompts.

Listening to Your Messages
1. Access your mailbox
2. Press 1 to listen to new messages
Options When Listening to Message
Rewind 5 seconds - Press (*)
Skip forward 5 seconds - Press (#)
Options After Listening to Message
Replay message - Press (5)
Erase message - Press (7)
Save message - Press (9)
Listen to previous message - Press (4)
Listen to next message - Press (6)
Call Pick Up
*8 # To pick up incoming call ringing
on another user's phone within ring
group
Call Forwarding
*72 # - Enable call forwarding
*73 # - Disable call forwarding
Do Not Disturb
*78 # - Enable Do Not Disturb
*79 # - Disable Do Not Disturb
