Turn the DIAL to select a number in the list that you
would like to save a call sign to, then press

Turn the DIAL and select characters to enter the call
sign.
Please register the call sign as follows.
Tip
For character entry, see "Input characters" in the basic
operating manual on (

The following preamble (data transmission delay time) can be set when sending APRS
data.

The set-up menu will be displayed.

Turn the DIAL, select [10 APRS], then press

Turn the DIAL to select the desired delay time.
The delay time can be selected from the following 9
steps.
1 100 ms / 2 150 ms / 3 200 ms / 4 250 ms /
5 300 ms / 6 400 ms / 7 500 ms / 8 750 ms / 9 1000 ms

Factory default value: 4 250 ms
