Instrumentation and Controls
PLAYING AN MP3 AUDIO FILE
Press the load button .
When the message appears on the
display, insert the CD label side up,
partway into the slot. The player
will automatically pull the CD in.
See "6-Disc CD Changer" earlier in
this section.
Use the volume, tone, and speaker
controls just as you do for the
radio. Other controls may have
different functions when a disc is
inserted.

Seeking
Rotate the TUNE/TONE (tune/
tone) knob to the right or left to go
to the next or previous track.
Push the SEEK right arrow button
to move quickly to the beginning
of the next track.
To restart the current selection if it
has been playing for more than
five seconds, push the SEEK left
arrow button.
If you hold the button down, or if
you press it more than once, the
player will continue moving
rearward or forward through the
disc.
Previous/Next Folder
To move ahead to the first track in
the next folder, press the push-
button under FOLDER .
To play the first track in the
previous folder, press the push-
button under FOLDER .
